Chris has more than 30 years of functional experience in M&A and capital raising in public and private markets as an investor, principal and corporate executive. Chris has held senior level and leadership positions as an investment banker at CIBC World Markets, a principal investor at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), a board member of several companies including Puget Sound Energy and Pattern Energy and corporate executive.
Currently, Chris is the CFO of Cordelio Power, a developer. owner and operator of renewable power assets in North America. Previously, Chris was Managing Director at CPPIB where he led private infrastructure investing in the North American Renewable Energy and Utilities sectors and a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets where he held a variety of agent and principal roles including Head of Energy M&A for the last 5 years of his 18 year career at the bank.
Chris holds his MBA from University of Toronto (gold medalist), B.Comm. from Queen’s University and his CPA designation in Canada.
